Go-Jeck + Washoku Sato Saturday Brunch


Hello all!!! I'd long been intrigued by the increasing popularity and demands for the Go-Jeck motorbike services recently so I took a chance and ordered it going to my tutorial area and I thought I should share about the experience!

Go-jeck is an alternative transportation in Jakarta founded by tech and innovation enthusiast Nadiem Makarim. I'd tried to download their app using my Samsung phone and the booking was made simple and easy. Very impressive! You can place your order, be it instant courier service, transport, or to buy food or other things. I really like the fact that the photo of the driver and their contact number appear in the app so it makes me feel safe with the built in GPS tracking system.
Tadah! Quick selfie while using Go-jeck motorbike service! Please excuse my loose Go-jeck motorcycle helmet. Huh! It's way way too big for me thus it covers my eyes completely. LOL! :D To sum up, Go-jeck motorbike services, is definitely a must try. Considering Jakarta's unbearable traffic jam, this motorbike services become an ideal solution in mobilizing the masses. It's economical, and it gets you to places swiftly with a great amount of comfort.
Next was to Washoku Sato at Central Park, a Saturday brunch with my hubby just right after my tutorial and awesome experience with Go-jeck.
We had a hotpot with tomato soup that gets my two thumbs up ;)
Stir - fry yaki udon with some sweetened beef slices. The taste was so-so, but the ambience made up for it.
We both wanted to try the fresh fruit sushi, so we ordered that to share as well for the dessert. It was so delish! And ended with a spicy tuna roll which went perfectly with a mayo. Spicy but very addictive!

Date of Exploration: 6-8 January 2015 Back from holiday....back to reality. Our 3D2N trip in Pulau Seribu was indeed very fun and relaxing. Pulau Seribu, or commonly known as Thousand Islands was located at the northern part of Jakarta's coast. I do in fact miss the sun and the beach so much!!! Despite the 90 minutes bumpy long drive from Muara Angke pier to Pulau Harapan (our first stop and where our villa is located), we are absolutely rewarded with the majestic views of the Java Sea which tooks us taking lots of pictures with our photographers onboard, Ms. Marilou and Ms. Mona. Quick Getaway with Mom at Manleluag Spring National Park

I rarely get to spend quality one-on-one time with my mom because of my busy schedules and an ocean away from her since I'm working abroad, but we managed to take time off for a much needed mother-daughter bonding time recently at Manleluag Spring National Park, Mangatarem Pangasinan. Two swimming pools of this protected landscape are filled with warm, mountain water that was really soothing to the nerves and soul. So I think Mom would love it! Happy to see her smile that day with all the gorgeous snaps ;) Look Up style according to Mom. :D :D :D We were both really refreshed and rejuvenated after the short dip at the pool, and so glad for the precious time there together! Gonna make it a point to bring her back more often ;) Afterwhich, because we were really close by, we decided to drop by to my mother - in - law's place for a quick snacks and to witnessed the birthday celebration of my husband's niece. Party!!! Party!!! Party!!!

Singapore's Stunning Sculptures

On our way out to the Singapore Botanical Garden, attractions never ends. The views are very amazing which made us to take more photos before it rain. Spotted many freestanding sculptures which adds life and humour to the site's natural grace.
