Seaworld Indonesia Escapade

It just turned out when my sister went on shopping to Hero's supermarket in Citraland and bought a lactobacillus milk named Champs. The Champs at that time offers a Seaworld promo ticket when you buy a certain amount of their products. My sister who is really fond of animals and other sea creatures, has bought a lot of the products just to get the promo ticket. In short, she got the Buy One Take One ticket promo in Seaworld and shared it to me.
I've visited some of the ocean park before like the Manila Ocean Park in my hometown and the Singapore Underwater World, so I already had in mind what to expect into it. We just arrived on time to Ancol where the Seaworld is located, and were being greeted by a big crowds also taking the privilege of the promo :D

SeaWorld Indonesia is the first underwater world recreation area in Indonesia with thousands collections of marine fauna in many different colors.
It occupies a three hectares area with the building spreading about 4500m2, stand in Jaya Ancol Dreamland Park complex. This Seaworld was founded as a project to conserve the Indonesian's underwater resources especially the one almost to extinction.
It showcases the biggest salty water aquarium in Southeast Asia which stores up to 5M Liters of salty water and which houses thousands of Indonesian's salty water animals. There is also a freshwater aquarium which become the habitats of some freshwater animals like the electric eel, pirahna and others. I've got goose bumps with these eels in this aquarium actually. Around fifty eels swarming around the freshwater aquarium, could you imagine that?!

The feeding session is the most interesting part but unfortunately since the place is a bit small for the big crowd, I haven't got the chance to see it and I don't even understand what the speaker is saying since it is all in Bahasa Indonesia.
So instead we just head directly to the Antasena Tunnel, a huge aquarium ranging to 80 meters with thousands of fishes swimming on it. It is good that it was equipped with the conveyor so best for our tired feet.

One that catches my attentions too was their so called Touch Pool where you can be able to play with baby sting ray and other kinds of small fish. Another thing that adds features to this Seaworld in Indonesia was the beautiful artworks painted on the wall showing the underwater environment. It is very colorful.
To top it off, we had an incredible day here in Seaworld Indonesia. The promo ticket is really worth it! But if you go here with the regular ticket price, for me, is a bit expensive considering what you will see inside. Especially if you've been to other ocean park, you can't resist not to compare it. So better wait for its promo and fit your visiting time to the feeding schedule and bring with you a language translator :D
